Beloved Hearts,
I am so happy how you enjoyed my first Homecoming Audio Journey: Love Your Thyroid; This offering came to me in a very special way as I channelled it right into the recording. I hope that you enjoyed the first journey and with that, I would like to share the next one one with you.
How would you tend to yourself if you knew that:

Courageous one, when we have received the invitation into our inner world, it can often feel lonely and difficult to relate as you morph, grow, and see through new lenses.
But the truth is, with each iteration of your growth, things will shed so that new seeds can take root. There will be a period of quiet and recalibration. Remember to stay close to your heart.
Hold yourself and let your grief flow, your sacred rage move, transforming them into joy. Let them be big movers and allies.
In order for our soul Dreams to grow, we must plant ourselves firmly and deeply into the soil of trust.
